Stephie Chapman's sequel to her first book Getting Over Jesse Franklin proved to be both a fun and challenging project.

Hand lettering and font creation is one of my favourite parts of the job and I'm thrilled with the title script and the script running down the spine, both made especially for Stephie.

Stephie's books are part of the chick-lit genre, so identifying what she and her audience would expect from a front cover was a welcome challenge. It was important for me to take on board Stephie's ideas and incorporate them in the final design.
